The Ski Season is upon us! And so are the vacation deals!!

Loveland and A-Basin are the first ski resorts to open in Colorado and in North America this season. A-Basin opened one lift on an 18-inch base of mostly manmade snow, it said on its website. Loveland also reported one lift open with an 18-inch base.

The Steamboat Ski Resort is just over 5 weeks away from opening. We have already had two snowfalls. Last weekend's dusting of snow is still capping Storm Peak. Winter has taken it's grip on Steamboat Springs!
